The personal information we collect falls into four categories: contact details, click trails, activity history, and publishable content.

Contact details are collected as supplied by you from time to time. We do not personally store usable credit card information.
Click trails record the paths taken by visitors through the website. This information is generally recorded against IP address, and may be possible to correlate by computer.
Activity History consists of orders, enquiries, votes submitted via the website, or offline contact you have with us such as phone calls.
Publishable content consists of comments or other submissions of content you would like us to publish on our website.

Contact details and publishable content are collected when supplied by you either via the website or direct to us by other means. Click trails are recorded by our servers as each request reaches the website. This includes but is not limited to: The type of browser you are using

The date and time of your visit
Your IP address
The address of the website that referred you to ours
The addresses of pages accessed, and any documents downloaded

Click trails can be correlated over time by the use of ‘cookies’ as outlined in section 6. In most cases click trail data is not directly individually identifiable.

Activity history is recorded whenever you undertake an activity such as submit an enquiry, make a comment, vote on an object, and may additionally be recorded by us when you contact us offline.

    • Therefore, the Customer needs to give clear instructions on where goods are to be delivered. The Stockists is not responsible for any goods lost, stolen or damaged after they have been signed over to the Customer, their designated person or dropped at a stop instructed by the Customer, (except in the event of damage which has occurred whilst being freighted as outlined below). If no person is available to sign or no instructions have been left for the drop off of goods, then the goods may be taken back to the nearest depot and cost to retrieve goods will be the responsibility of the Customer.  

The Stockists  goods are all inspected before being dispatched.The Stockists packages all goods appropriately to try to avoid & or minimize any damage being sustained during freight. Unfortunately, damage can occur which is beyond our control.

It is the Customer's responsibility to look over the goods when signing for delivery and making a note on the delivery cart-note of any damage they perceive.

In the event that no damage was perceived, and the Customer has acknowledged that the goods have been delivered in good order and condition. It is the Customer's responsibility to unwrap and inspect goods within the first 48 hours of taking delivery. If damage is evident, the Customer must notify The Stockists within this set time, in writing, outlining all damage sustained, accompanied by photographic evidence to this effect.  

The Stockists require the goods to be repacked by the Customer to an adequate standard for freight. In most cases, The Stockists will have damaged goods re-freighted back to our warehouse, where goods will be inspected. In cases where claim of damage is proven - replacement of same will be sent back to Customer. All goods must be returned in same condition as sent -except for damage sustained in freight. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE RETURNED TO THE STOCKISTS.

Claims of damage are limited to damage to goods only The Stockists does not cover any consequential loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of the damage of goods.

 The Stockists is happy to exchange all items, except sale items, purchased through the website. This does not include postage too or from us. This must be within 36 hours of receiving the goods. This does not override your statutory rights. However, change of mind does NOT entitle you to a refund.In the case of fault or damaged, ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE RETURNED TO THE STOCKISTS.

If a return is being made for items bought from website please, email us to inform us within 36 hours of receiving.*Packages signed for" as in good condition from designated carrier" will not be refunded or exchanged. Your return must be in the same condition as received and be unused or marked. If the return is due to a fault  or damage please contact us so we can send you a reply paid postage bag. In the case of all sales, photos will be required to ascertain whether the fault  or damage is a manufacturer or customer fault, prior to prepaid postage being organised. Change of mind does not entitle you to a refund.
