The Avanti Rotary Drum Grater is ideal for grating  and making light work of hard cheese, chocolate  and nuts. It has a high quality grater that creates fine shavings that are ideal for sprinkling on dinners, desserts and or melting. Perfect for Parmesan and other hard cheeses. The grating blade is made from surgical grade stainless steel. Easy to assemble and disassemble , can be washed in a dishwasher on top shelf but, hand washing is recommended to maintain the cosmetic appearance.
